WHY THIS FITS

Room to test.
Ready to shift.

You want more content, fresh ideas and the freedom to follow a song when it starts to connect. We propose a focused fan-account program, with UGC available as a separate content route. Start with a clear artist mix, learn what resonates, then shape the next batch.

01

Pick the priorities.

Choose the artists, songs and source footage. Build the account and content mix around them.

02

Make it feel like fandom.

Use fan-style edits, artist moments and song-led ideas that give people a reason to care.

03

Follow the signal.

Review what people watch, share and click. Adjust the next round around the strongest ideas.

A FOCUSED STARTING POINT

Choose the right scale.

Start with fan accounts or a UGC content package.
Account counts and UGC volume can scale up or down to fit your budget.

FAN-GIRL FAN ACCOUNTS

10 fan accounts

Fan-style content creation and daily account management on Instagram and TikTok. Agree the 10-account configuration and priority artist mix together.

$5,000USD · per month

Packages shown separately, not as an automatic bundle. For a smaller or larger plan, we’ll quote the scope around your budget. Fan-account creation and management are monthly; UGC packages are one-time purchases. Delivery window, term, platforms and final scope are agreed before work starts. Ad spend is separate.

Scope, timing & what is separate +

Fan-Girl accounts: $5,000 per month for 10 accounts. Content creation plus once-daily publishing on Instagram and TikTok. The 10-account configuration, shared-roster allocation, approvals, reporting and ownership/access are defined in the final plan.

UGC: A separate one-time content package: 400 pieces for $2,500 or 800 pieces for $5,000. Managed fan accounts already include their content creation; these batches are not required to fill those pages. We confirm the creative formats, what counts as a piece, source footage, revisions, delivery schedule and publishing responsibility, distribution and usage rights. UGC volume is not automatically included in the fan-account package.

Before launch: agree the priority artist/song mix, approved assets and rights, a clear approver, delivery window, payment schedule, term and any cancellation terms. Use approved footage and music, with clear account affiliation. On-location shoots, paid influencers, paid ads, landing pages, CRM, email and text programs are outside this proposed scope unless added in writing. Any third-party costs are confirmed separately.

SHAPED AROUND YOUR ROSTER

Give every song
a way in.

Three possible creative lanes.
We choose the mix together.

01 / NEW DISCOVERIES

“Who is this?”

Song hooks, introductions and artist moments that make a first listen feel easy.

02 / CATALOG FAVORITES

“I forgot I loved this.”

Approved performances and familiar songs with a fresh reason to listen again.

03 / COUNTRY FEELING

“This is my kind of song.”

Lyric-led edits, country-life moments and stories that match the mood of the music.

THE LOOK & FEEL

Built around the artist.
Seen through a fan’s eyes.

Explore the supplied fan-account references.
Distinct identities, with the artist at the center.

Visual references for account branding and presentation, not a claim of RIVIDIA ownership, client relationships or results. Profile imagery belongs to its respective owners.

KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT

Look beyond the view count.

Agree a starting point and a clear goal. Review content response, audience growth and trackable clicks to artist or listening pages, where available. Use those signals to guide the next creative choices.

How we would measure the test +

Set a baseline, priority songs and a reporting plan before launch. Review views, engagement, follows and destination clicks where platform access allows. Tagged links can show traffic to listening destinations; a click to a streaming service is not a confirmed stream.

Compare artist trends with the release calendar for context. Reach, followers, streams and sales are not guaranteed. We would agree the success measures together rather than set an unsupported result target.

THE NEXT STEP

Let’s choose the songs.
Then build the plan.

Reply to the proposal email with the route you’d like to pursue and your priority artists. We’ll confirm the final scope and timing, then Taylor will loop in Johnny to coordinate onboarding and invoicing.
